Procurement Specialist

Enerflow Mining Services is a market leader within the mining industry in the Mobile Mechanical Maintenance sector. The business was founded and has flourished around our in-depth knowledge of Blasthole Drill Rigs and Mining Maintenance.

Enerflow Mining Services is currently seeking a Procurement Specialist to work within the Parts Department at our Neerabup Office/Warehouse.

To be considered for this role you will require the following:

• Extensive experience within a procurement role
• Experience working with drill parts an advantage
• Can do attitude
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Sales skills including up-selling experience an advantage
• Understanding of technical drawing and manuals
• Work well within a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

More about this role:

• Responsible for part movements in and out of the business 
• Processing orders and sourcing parts from suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with systems and processes 
• Maintaining accurate stock levels with regular stock takes, including with an auditor

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customer service with a strong emphasis on keeping existing and attracting new clients
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Supporting Procurement / Dispatch Team
• Leading and Managing Parts Warehouse and employees
