This Opportunity
As a Procurement Specialist at TasWater you will execute source-to-contract procurement processes, be the subject matter expert in specialist procurement functions, which will enable effective market engagement to procure the required goods and services TasWater’s teams need.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide specialist procurement advice and effective market engagement to procure the required goods and services.
- Execute source-to-contract procurement processes.
- Ensure the application of fair, equitable, and transparent procurement decision-making processes and record management in alignment with procurement protocols compliance standards.
- Lead the supplier evaluation and selection process.
- Develop high value/high-risk complex tender documentation and facilitate tender evaluations.
- Lead contract negotiations in partnership with the wider Supply Chain Services team and contract owner.
The Details
This is a permanent, full-time, position that can be based in Hobart, Launceston, or Devonport, and offers hybrid working arrangements and flexibility in working hours so you can do the things that matter to you.
The position attracts a total remuneration package of $99,000 – $110,000 per annum (including superannuation). To view the position description, please visit our website.
