This role is responsible for the Team Leadership of all administrative & analytical support to the Procurement & Supply Chain function.
They will assist in driving all Procurement & Supply Chain functional Strategies, Major Objectives, KRAs & KPIs
Reporting to the Supply Chain & Procurement Category Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Development and Maintenance of Price File and Master Item Database/Quality Control
- Assist in the sourcing of new suppliers, including review of trial periods
- Administer all supplier allocations as approved by Category Manager
- Complete category specific analysis reports comparing all required elements under direction of Category Manager
- Complete monthly performance reports benched against KPI targets
- Management and administration of supplier agreements; and
- Other projects as nominated to be completed in full, on time, as agreed with Procurement & Supply Chain Manager.

- Diploma or Degree qualified - in a business or related discipline with 2 years’ experience in a relevant organisation role or 2-3 years’ experience in an Estimating, Site Management or related role
- Experience in a people management and leadership
- Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office/Windows environment particularly Excel
- Knowledge and experience with distribution, logistics and forecasting systems
- Knowledge and experience using various systems and project methodologies
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritise and coordinate available time and resources for maximum effectiveness
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team
- Strong Procurement process understanding
