About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced
Business Process Analyst, who can utilise their SAP SD & MM skills in reviewing our clients
Supply Chain & Manufacturing processes. This is a major transformation project within the FMCG industry. There will also be some exposure to Salesforce Case Management
Responsibilities- Identify gaps, classify opportunities and lead changes within Business Processes
- Liaise with key business users
- Utilise your knowledge of SAP SD & MM and in-depth understanding of Supply Chain & Manufacturing Business Processes to suggest improvements
- Work on some Salesforce Case Management processes
Skills and Experience- 5-10 years’ experience as a Business Process Analyst, specifically in the Supply Chain, FMCG or Manufacturing industry
- Experience in an SAP environment, specifically across the Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) module (Supply Chain & Manufacturing processes)
- Demonstrated experience using Signavio
- Any experience with Salesforce Case Management will be highly regarded, however not essential
