• Can break original local stories (Hint: not from a media release or straight from a news website).
• Sell a story in a way that forces people to stay in the car or kitchen just so they can keep listening.
• Can produce great audio to reach on-demand listening audiences.
• Have experience using radio production software and knowledge of in-studio technical support.
• Have bold and creative ideas about how we keep audiences listening and then coming back for more.
