About the role
The role of the Creative Communities team is to lead the delivery of creative programs, events and activations, place making projects and cultural initiatives that promote the creativity, diversity and vibrancy of the community and position the Inner West as a creative and cultural leader.
The Producer - Operations will be responsible for the business operations relating to programs and activations within the Creative Communities team. Working closely with the team you will be instrumental in driving, developing, and implementing all business administrative process requirements to ensure all community initiatives are well planned, coordinated and produced.

Remuneration
$89,403.60 - $101,496.20+ Superannuation
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in event management, arts administration, business, tourism studies or an equivalent field or relevant industry/professional experience
- Demonstrated experience in the successful planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of a range of events and activations.
- Strong experience in the development and implementation of event documentation including budget, event plans, permit approvals, forms including applications and expression of interest, production schedules, time and project management documents and safety documents.
- Understanding of relevant legal and risk management requirements, contract management experience and procurement principles.
- Demonstrated experience in working within a team within an event environment
