Base Salary of $121,508 - $137,032 + 17% superannuation

The Researcher Development Unit sits within the division of the Pro-Vice Chancellor (Researcher Training) and designs, delivers, and communicates initiatives to build researchers’ skills and foster success at all career stages. Days and work are varied, and the team engages and collaborates widely across the University.
About the opportunity
As the Digital Content Producer (Researcher Development) you will actively support researchers in skill and knowledge development through the management and creation of engaging Digital Content. Leveraging your knowledge of the research space you will play a vital role in promoting the range of initiatives being undertaken by the Researcher Development Unit (RDU) through a variety of digital mediums.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
work within a dynamic team reporting into the Associate Director, Researcher Development
manage the Researcher Development Hub website and other online spaces on behalf of the Researcher Development Unit
produce Researcher DevelopmentDigital Content and assets, for use in a variety of contexts
manage and advise on digital and web related projects for the work area
lead and support an effective communication strategy
contribute to a positive team culture and actively promote the work of the RDU to the wider university.
About you
tertiary qualifications coupled with relevant experience in a related experience
experience and knowledge of website content management systems, marketing, social and other online communications channels
demonstrated understanding of and/or working knowledge with website management
understanding of, and/or experience working in the research or the tertiary education sector
demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders within a complex organisation
demonstrated ability to take technical concepts and communicate them in an engaging manner to a variety of audiences through articles and digital assets
