In your next role as the Product and Pricing Implementation Lead you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager with the design, development and delivery of the consumer product roadmaps within transformation initiatives allowing us to innovate and simplify our Banking Products.

You will execute project delivery and change support for delivery of transformation initiatives with use of the Product Lifecycle Framework and furthermore, assist the Senior Manager in planning, organising and leading specific projects within transformation initiatives.

You will bring you strong relationship building skills and work with key stakeholders across the division and enterprise in contributing to the reimagining of our banking products, the Product and Pricing systems and processes associated, and creating alignment with risk, processes and customer facing teams.

As a Product and Pricing Implementation Lead you will bring the following skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Sound understanding of legal and regulatory environment for Financial Services (desirable)
  • Understanding of the Bank’s project management methodology (desirable)
  • Understanding of the Bank’s Product Lifecycle Framework (desirable)
  • Confluence and Jira experience
  • Project or change management experience
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • High level numerical calculation and reasoning

This role will require you to be comfortable working both alongside a team and autonomously and a ‘can do’ attitude is a vital when working with various stakeholders across the business.

We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of x2 days in a local Head Office p/week

This role is a full time, 12-month fixed term contract, based at any of our head office locations
