Overview of Position
The Systems Analyst role is responsible for reviewing compliance and becoming a subject matter expert in the Vaxxas Biomedical Facility (VBF) Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) and Building Management System (BMS).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Familiar with both the EMS and BMS to support other departments within our organisation including the facilities, operational readiness, process development and manufacturing teams.
- Report any non-conformances to the Head of Department or delegate to ensure all non-compliance items identified are recorded and rectified.
- Ensure no parameters are changed without adherence to the Quality Management System.
- Provide SME advice on EMS and BMS systems if and when required.
- Report alarms and alerts to the Head of Department or delegate.
Qualifications
- Qualifications: Degree in Science, Engineering or related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Desired experience and skills
- Skilled in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) computerised systems.
- Experience with EMS and BMS systems.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical QMS requirements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment; a willingness to learn and to seek answers to problems and issues and propose solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
