About the role
At ANZ our purpose is to shape a world where people and communities thrive. We’re making this happen by improving the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our customers so they can achieve incredible things– whether they’re buying a home, building a business, or saving for things big or small.
The Product and Services Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the strategic vision and roadmap of key business lending services and delivery teams in Commercial Lend & Grow. The role has both a strong technology and business focus, ensuring key technology assets are managed effectively and efficiently to deliver priority business outcomes, serving a broad range of stakeholders. The role is focused on both the ‘what’ and ‘how’ a team delivers, responsible for inspiring team members to achieve their shared mission by guiding them on prioritising and delivering great customer outcomes. The Product and Services Delivery Lead also ensures that the work is strategically aligned to the Commercial Lend & Grow mission and engages with other teams (internal and external to Commercial Lend & Grow) to align and manage interdependencies. The role is responsible for leading a team of leaders, while galvanising the broader team around a vision, building capability, and supporting them to successfully deliver customer value at pace and with clarity. The Product and Services Delivery Lead is also responsible for nurturing the growth of their people to ensure they are inspired by a sense of purpose and are continually building their mastery and autonomy. It is a key leadership role on the Commercial Lend & Grow Leadership Team (LGLT), requiring breadth of experience previously in a senior leader team environment, and a confident voice that is expected to contribute strongly and add value to the broader Lend & Grow business.
