4 Points Showers and Robes is a rapidly growing business located in Oakleigh South. We manufacture and install showers and robes. Our products are aimed at Melbourne's small to medium density new home builders along with home renovators and project work.
We pride ourselves on placing the customer first and making it our priority to do our very best in meeting their expectations with delivery and follow up of ‘on site’ service calls.
You will be part of the team responsible for handling phone queries in relation to what stage live jobs are at and also contacting builders in regards to when their jobs are booked in. Rescheduling and booking in of service jobs, running weekly reports along with other administration duties and sales quoting.
The hours would be 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. You would be reporting to the Office & Operations Manager. We would need you to have office experience in handling inbound/outgoing calls / reception, computer and typing skills, ability to work under pressure during peak times, industry experience and ability to read plansdesirable but not critical and to be a positive team member.
