THE ROLE
We hire professionals with industry experience or a strong passion for travel. A Product Coordinator assists with tour setup and maintenance, supporting the Customer Service Centre and Sales Teams to enhance product knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
- Tour package set up & management
- Management of cruise and hotel inventory
- Proofing of supplier contracts
- Product Inbox Management - Assisting Customer Service Centre and Sales with product enquiries, proofing of marketing collateral
- Assist Product Manager with product launch and brochure process as required
- Create traveller documentation
- Streamline/improve/develop processes to ensure consistency across all products and brands
ABOUT YOU
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proven experience in working to deadlines and being able to organise and prioritise work effectively
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Show initiative in assessing and implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency and teamwork
- Demonstrate strong teamwork while maintaining the ability to work autonomously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Minimum two years’ experience within the travel and tourism industry
- Travel experience in Australia and knowledge of the ATG Australian product will be looked upon favourably
