What kind of designer are you?
Ideally you’re a UX / UI / Product Designer that can experiment with small changes to site/apps and monitor the difference that can make from a conversion perspective. You will then be able to communicate the value certain changes will make to the business. You'll need to be capable across end-to-end product design, strong with A/B testing and have great stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Sketching, designing and discussing new ideas and concepts
- Excellent Figma skills
- Experience working on large scale, conversion of websites
- Experience with A/B testing
- Experience in working with Design Systems
- Creating and presenting end-to-end user journeys and flows
- Working closely with the Product team and Lead Designer to create top class user experiences.
- Working closely with the Dev team throughout the lifecycle from design specs handover and UAT, all the way to shipping live.
- Maintaining consistency in the product appearance, following style guidelines, and taking influence from best practices and first principles of design and user experience standards.
- Developing a strong understanding of user behaviour by analysing app and website analytics
- Most importantly, being passionate about design, technology and self-improvement.
- Experience in Usability Testing
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- 4+ years’ Commercial experience as a UX / Product Designer
- Strong skills in Figma, InVision (or other prototyping tools), Zeplin
- Experience working in a large scale businesses with a mature design team
- An understanding of constraints for delivering high performance, fast loading solutions to users on all devices
- A strong portfolio that showcases your work, knowledge and experience of working on large-scale data heavy UX projects.
- In-depth understanding of mobile, web and responsive design
- A passion for simplicity in design and constant improvement
- Exceptional communication skills
