The Role

This role is bursting with opportunities for growth. It’s perfect for someone early on in their product career, eager to hone their skills. Joining our team of passionate coffee lovers, you’ll be part of a mission to bring quality coffee to more people every single day. Working closely with our Head of Product, your responsibilities will include overseeing the design, production, and sourcing of products from conception to launch.

Key Responsibilities 

Are you ready for the fast-paced world of the coffee industry where no two days are the same? Here’s what you’ll be diving into:

Product Management 

• Team up with our Head of Product to guide our products through every step of their journey. You’ll be working closely with our awesome team members from Marketing, Sales, QA and Operations.
• Keep our suppliers in the loop on any product hiccups or exciting new ideas. That means handling everything from sample sourcing to testing feedback.
• Join forces with our Engagement and Supply teams to ensure our products make it to their destination smoothly.
• Keep our product data organised and up to date in Netsuite and Ordermentum platforms.
• Be the keeper of our annual product calendar, making sure everyone’s across any changes.
• After each new product launch, share insights and lessons learnt. 

Market Research

• Dive into market research to stay on top of the latest trends and what our competitors are up to.
• Scout out potential new products for our team to consider adding to our lineup.
• Keep an ear out for feedback on our existing products and share with the team.

Production Education

• Keep our product information directory accurate and up to date.
• Help spread knowledge by assisting our National Trainer in training sessions across the company. 

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Recent experience in Product Management or a related role.
• Familiarity with the product lifecycle and an intermediate understanding of guiding products through their stages.
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing or Product Management are preferable.
• Experience in Product Management within FMCG or a related industry.

Our competition never sleeps. As the Product Management Coordinator, your role is to tap into what’s important to your target audience and identify the trends that matter to them. Get those creative juices flowing, brainstorm new ideas, and collaborate with your colleagues to refine them.

With a deep understanding of your products, you’re like our secret weapon for finding solutions in a flash. Your knack for keeping calm under pressure is what sets you apart from others.

You’re a great communicator

With your friendly approach, you build connections easily. Since you’re the go-to person for all things related to our products, you interact with a variety of people. To keep projects moving forward, you’re always setting up meetings with different departments and external suppliers (over a coffee, obviously).
