Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. With expansion to their business, we have now an opportunity for a Product Manager to join the team. The role: Samsung’s sell-out services are crucial in generating sales success amongst Smartphones, Tablets, and Wearable by encouraging upgrading and driving acquisition. As the Product Manager, you will drive sell-out attach rate and the best customer end-to-end experience of Trade-in and Samsung Care+. There are three core focus areas;
Increase the acceptance and adoption of trade-in to Galaxy Smartphones, Tablets and Wearables
Work with our channel partners to increase the portion of sales attributed to a new Galaxy through trade-in programs
Manage the operations and capability roadmap of Samsung’s own Trade-in and Samsung Care+ programs and partners.
Duties and Responsibilites:
Coordination and alignment of product marketing activities across all Samsung digital marketing touch points.
Operational management of day-to-day product management tasks of invoicing, financial reconciliation, reporting and forecasting.
Liaising with relevant company stakeholders identifying new business requirements and documenting these as specifications.
Assessing market competition by comparing Samsung Services to competitors' Services.
Ensure that Trade-in and Samsung Care+ promotions are well executed and briefed across the business
About you:
3-5 years experience in product management, project management or sales-based roles.
Deep understanding of customer experience
Product Development and roadmap management
