The Opportunity
The purpose of this role is to build continued price trust with our customers, maintain Woolworths’ competitiveness in the market and to partner with and provide our category teams with actionable pricing insights. The role will lead the charge in competitive intelligence and pricing strategy within the Woolworths pricing team.

What you'll do
Lead a high performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Implementing new technology & applications, and supporting enhancing technical capability across the team
- Managing the technical process of how Woolies remains price competitive with our competitors.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, partnering with category, technical and other stakeholders.
Optimising market price collection.
- Designing & developing dashboards and reports.
What you'll bring
- A solid foundation in databases and tech stacks, with experience in retail, FMCG or software/ big tech analytics.
5+ years in data analytics and experience leading a team.
Ability to build deep collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in SQL and general database management,
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
