About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead product commercialisation for Dometic Mobile Power Solution products regionally, collaborating with key stakeholders from concept to development to go to market launch plans and ongoing product lifecycle management.
The focus of this role will be on the APAC region, reporting to the Head of Product Management – APAC. You will provide key inputs and maintain a network across the broader global Dometic product management and Mobile Power Solutions groups.
Consulting with a broad range of stakeholders at a local and regional level, you will manage products through key lifecycle management phases; maximizing the potential of existing products and developing a strategic product roadmap that will position Dometic to respond to the future consumer needs for Mobile Power Solutions.
About you
- You are comfortable with change and ambiguity.
- You are naturally curious and have advanced critical thinking skills.
- You will be tertiary qualified, with an established career in a Mobile Power, electronics, or energy solution environment.
- You must have significant product management experience in either a commercial and marketing, or product engineering and development background.
- You possess strong project management and key stakeholder management expertise and your ability to influence across a broad range of stakeholders.
- You have demonstrated sound commercial acumen, analytics, and cost development experience and will also be able to develop building business cases and sound go-to-market plans.
- Accomplished communication and interpersonal skills are required to enable you to deliver presentations to cross functional and cross-cultural stakeholders, as well as to facilitate effective product reviews and process outcomes.
