Product Manager - Bookings

An iconic Australian travel business is looking for their next Technical Product Manager

• Daily rate: $800 - $900 incl super per day
• 6-month contract (view to extend)
• Hybrid working: 2-3 day p/w in office

Bring your Digital Platforms experience to the Bookings team where you will facilitate seamless integrations with their payments gateway, contact centre and 3rd party providers.
A large part of your time will be spent overseeing the Booking Management Solution migration to React - however - there are also many other exciting programmes of work in the pipeline!
Key responsibilities

• Maintain the overall roadmap, including ongoing product strategy, product planning, roadmaps and prioritisation
• Develop business processes together with internal customers to support the overall strategy
• Ownership of resource planning and mapping across initiatives, ensuring all resources are fully occupied.
• Manage prioritisation and trade-offs among conflicting business priorities

You

• A combination of experience in the following areas: Large-scale migration projects (React), Digital platforms. Booking infrastructure, omni-channel, Payments and the trevl industry!
• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a passion for innovation, backed by demonstrated ability to execute and deliver
• Passion for improving efficiencies, processes and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in supply chain, operations or a retail environment
