What will you be doing?
AWM Senior Product Manager is responsible for developing the overarching strategic direct for assigned brands and marketing strategy, leading and coordinating the commercial deployment of brand/indication messages and tactics for key portfolio.
Working with the Marketing Manager, global & regional marketing teams, You will develop and implement a coordinated marketing plan crafted to drive demand, improve messaging and engage the sales team to achieve overarching annual growth plans for your assigned portfolio.
What will you need to be successful?
Marketing Plan and Campaign development & execution
Develop marketing plans for ANZ and complete campaigns to deliver on growth targets.
- Work with the Marketing Manager and Channel Managers to build and implement marketing strategies and complete the annual operating plan
- Developing overarching strategy and execute coordinated marketing campaigns to ensure products and services meet customers’ expectations and drive the value proposition of key brands/indications.
- Develop product and indication value propositions and field execution plans to fit with the commercial strategy for each segment/channel.
- Develop marketing collaterals for sales teams and to empower the target audience to “take action”
- Work closely with Digital Transformation manager on digital strategy and campaign execution
- Measure and report performance on marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and important metrics
- Plan and co-ordinate industry conferences, tradeshows to ensure that S+N long term growth objectives are met
- Successful implementation of all action plans within agreed timelines and ASP budgets.
- Actively lead Product- Life- Cycle for assigned portfolio
- Demand and Sales Forecasting
New Product Launch and management of overall portfolio
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market launch plans for new products (business models, pricing strategies, promotions, placement)
- Conduct pre-Launch Clinical/Product Evaluations
Market Research & Customer Insights
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate market and customer insights into successful marketing campaigns
- Devise customer journey mapping for key target audience
- Analyse customer insights, market trends, market analysis, and marketing standard processes to build successful strategies and marketing campaigns
- Conduct competitor analysis and supervise competitor strategies to recommend adjustment to brand plans where required.
Interaction with key internal customer within S&N Australia and Internationally
- Working with Regional and Global Marketing teams to ensure alignment and support for local marketing plans
- In partnership with Supply chain, forecast encouraged demand, handle stock requirements and minimize the impact on customers from any supply constraints
- Working with key stakeholders of Regulatory, Compliance and Regional Marketing teams to develop, gain approval and communicate locally generated content.
- Under the mentorship of the Marketing Manager and Channel Sales Manager, manage and communicate the pricing and promotion activities to sales force and customers
- Cross' channel – engage with hospital partners to enable continuum of care strategies as required.
- Work with Sales team & Marketing Manager on Key Opinion Leaders development and engagement plans for sector.
- Work with clinical educators to build a framework to meet the needs to our corporate customers.
- Work with Medical Education team to formulate on agreed Med Ed plans driven by business and marketing strategy.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification within Marketing, Business, Science or related discipline
- 5+ years of marketing experience,
- Outstanding oral and written communication
- Proven ability to optimally present concepts and recommendations in formal settings
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple, conflicting tasks
- Self-motivated
