Located in Old Toongabbie, NSW this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful implementation of innovative products that make a real difference in the world.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and align product strategy and roadmap.Perform detailed market research and competitive analysis to recognise potential opportunities and obstacles in the pharmaceutical industry.Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns using a combination of digital and traditional channels to increase product adoption and drive revenue growth.Work closely with the R&D team to provide input and insights during the product development process.Monitor product performance, analyse data, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaborate with sales teams to provide product training and support, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively compete in the market.Establish and nurture strong connections with influential individuals and professionals in the pharmaceutical field.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing pharmaceutical products.Strong ability to collect and interpret market data effectively.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering outstanding products.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Situated in Western Sydney, and featuring and onsite cafeteria and café, gym, we offer a dynamic and future focused work environment offering workplace flexibility, development & career growth, volunteering leave, 12 weeks parental leave, income protection insurance and a strong value driven culture focused on diversity, equality, and inclusion.Baxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace.
