Responsibilities:
- Shape the success of the CMS within their growing data and technology team.
- Contribute to the development of retail media solution platforms and overall business growth.
- Collaborate with engineers, QAs, delivery leads, and other Product Managers to address business and customer challenges.
- Experience: 5+ years in product management, specialising in mid to senior roles, with expertise in Agile development methodologies.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Background: Essential background in Marketing and Advertising, preferably with experience in sales or a media-related role.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Bonus: Highly valued experience with advertising technology products and/or retail/e-commerce.
