This opportunity
As Senior Product Manager Enterprise, Government and Wholesale, you'll be end-to-end accountable for the in-market performance of the Network Managed Services & Security product portfolio as well as its product strategy and planning across Small Business, Enterprise and Wholesale segments. You will be accountable for the P&L performance of the Network Managed Services & Security product portfolio, including product proposition development, sales collateral and enablement, product related content, product launch go-to-market activities and market / competitor intelligence.
Demonstrating a strong commercial mindset, technical expertise and proven experience in driving product portfolio growth, as well as strong project management and conceptual skills, you will lead your own product portfolio as well as multi-functional project teams across Product, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Finance to help deliver strong revenue and margin growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team of a growing, challenger telco business, building and scaling product portfolios which are critical to TPG Telecom growing our market share across Small Business, Enterprise and Wholesale segments. You will be a proven collaborative team player, working cross functionally to drive commercial strategies that will help TPG Telecom succeed.
Responsibilities

  • Deliver the P&L outcomes for TPG Telecom's product portfolios across the various business segments, including:
  • Develop and deliver commercial product strategies and tactics to achieve Network Managed Services & Security product portfolio P&L outcomes incl. roadmap ownership and stakeholder communication
  • Develop and maintain value propositions and differentiators for the Network Managed Services & Security portfolio based on customer feedback, market and competitor insights - always focusing on excellent customer experience while driving revenue and margin optimisation
  • Accountable for product launches including achievement of business case outcomes through segment, channel and customer journey execution, go-to-market planning, launch offers and promotions
  • Manage cross functional go-to-market project teams incl. Commercial Segment Teams, Marketing, Pricing, Product Development etc. orchestrating best practice product launches in time and in budget
  • Develop and maintain internal and external collateral and all product related content for sales channels and across all customer touchpoints by identifying relevant use cases and articulating persuasive value propositions
  • Maintain thorough market and competitor knowledge, industry trends and relevant technology developments
Knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated experience (5 years +) in product management, commercial management roles and/or product marketing
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Managed Services & Security supporting B2B segments
  • Ability to drive outcomes across multiple cross functional teams
  • Outstanding influencing skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven track record of problem solving in complex business problems
  • Critical thinking and visual communication skills, ability to communicate complex issues effectively to different audiences
  • Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and fortitude
  • Degree qualified, ideally in business/economics or engineering
