Fashion Biz is seeking a highly qualified Product Manager to join our team, to drive our product offering and manage production in a key category within the Fashion Biz business.

This position is responsible for ensuring the product design, quality and delivery of the sublimation offering continually adds to our customers overall experience with the family of Fashion Biz brands. 

The role is vital to ensure our offering reflects our customers’ needs, resulting in a great customer experience that Fashion Biz is known for delivering. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for managing the NPD timeline of all product in line with GTM timeframes. 
• Establish tech packs for initial range in line with category objectives.
• Work cross functionally across existing Fashion Biz brands to ensure we leverage existing skills and knowledge to drive a continual improvement mindset. 
• Establish and Manage production timelines with vendors in line with GTM expectations.
• Responsible for delivering budgeted intake margin by effectively managing vendor / garment costs.
• Continuously maintain production timelines, proactively communicating amendments as required to commercial team and customers. 
• Hold regular WIP meetings to ensure critical path is adhered to and help troubleshoot as required. 
• Responsible for the hiring, onboarding and management of Graphic Artist resources. 
• Creates art and storyboards, using illustrator and photoshop as required, for presenting product internally and externally. 

 How you work:

• Highly organised with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain NPD schedules.
• Establishes and maintains open communication channels with Sales and Customer Service Teams to ensure regular and two-way feedback.
• An ability to work cross functionally and to consider the input from many and varied internal stakeholders. 
• Shares information and welcomes constructive advice and feedback from others. 
• Shows consideration, concern and respect for others’ feelings and ideas. 
• Seeks to understand different perspectives and cultures.

Your Experience:

• Strong Computer Skills including MS Office Suites and Creative suit, such as Illustrator. 
• Demonstrated experience in garment construction and apparel development.
• Demonstrated understanding of fabric behaviours, manufacturing procedures and product engineering, specifically sublimation.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Experience in sublimation garment design and manufacturing environment highly regarded.
