About the Role
As the Category Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, ensuring that the products meet customer needs and align with our overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to develop and launch new products and features.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps that prioritize product development and feature releases based on customer needs and business goals.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, including product development, launch, and post-launch support.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and profitability.
- Manage product budgets and forecasts to ensure that products meet financial targets.
- Communicate product updates and changes to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related field.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Knowledge of product development processes and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Experience managing product budgets and forecasts.
