The responsibilities- Undertake a data-driven needs assessment, which will involve analysing market and/or user research, feedback, expert opinion and usage of data to understand needs and opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of current and future needs of our stakeholders.
- Work in close collaboration with the Product Manager to execute on our long-term roadmap.
- Maintain the user stories in a prioritised backlog and effectively divide overall project goals into prioritised deliverables for sequential and focused progress ensuring consultation with users.
- Development of data-infused user experience design in the form of wireframes and mockups, incorporating data insights for stakeholder validation and execution by the team.
The Skills- 3+ years' experience as a Product Owner using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or Scrum.
- Experience with effective planning and the ability to contribute to tactical and strategic planning in support of a business plan.
- Demonstrated experience in working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience using user-story and task management tool (such as MS DevOps or others).
