The role

We are searching for someone who is a "steering wheel grabber" and a " culture creator"
This role requires someone who wants to get their hands dirty at the start with backlog grooming and pushing stories to Asana and then taking over the product ownership.

The right candidate
  
No boring, run-of-the-mill work for you! That curious mind and attention to detail thrives on the beautiful complexities of Product Ownership and Business Analysis.
This role will include 

•  Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and requirements
• Gather and document detailed requirements for product features and user stories including acceptance criteria, NFRs and dependencies.
•   Create and manage a high volume of tickets based on the gathered requirements, ensuring clarity, specificity and prioritisation
•  Work closely with development teams to communicate requirements, clarify user stories, and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
•  Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and transparency.
•  Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience working in Agile teams.
