AddressAs a Product Owner for Dynamics 365 CE you will maximise Dynamics CE value by helping the prioritise the product backlog based on the vision, planning and budgets of the business and guide the development team to build a product that is fit for purpose and use. What will you be doing? Creating, prioritising, and managing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product vision, Dynamics CE roadmap, and stakeholder requirements.
Developing and communicating a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with RAC’s goals and strategy Conducting market and user research to identify opportunities and define product strategy Collaborating with the development team and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews to ensure timely delivery Writing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and review completed stories to ensure they meet standards Using data-driven insights to evaluate product performance and inform future development Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, including cybersecurity and data quality requirements, and communicate key risks to stakeholders Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and incorporating feedback, while engaging closely with Microsoft Product Teams and CSAM to influence the Dynamics CE 365 roadmap What will are we looking for in you? Experience as a Product Owner or Functional Analyst working with Dynamics CE Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with background in either Agile based Development or Business and Functional Analysis Growth mindset as technology and platforms are always changing so you need a passion and thirst for staying up to date Experience in a similar role working in a team-oriented, collaborative project delivery environment Passion for Agile and servant leadership and facilitation Knowledge of business process re-engineering Strong stakeholder management skills
