What you'll be doing…- Serve as the SME for assigned products, contributing to the product backlog and roadmap.
- Draft business cases and feasibilities, collaborating with development teams to deliver product content for adoption.
- Engage product prove partners for validation and foster collaboration across teams.
- Build a positive product community, facilitating forums/events for feedback.
- Deliver operational commitments, including maintaining product registers and contributing to development artifacts.
- Lead and develop an engaged team, guiding resource allocation and fostering a 'Can Do Culture.'
- Empower team members' development through achievement plans and skills assessments.
- Implement succession plans and execute improvement initiatives, including driving business practice enhancements and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while upholding work health and safety requirements.
- Participate in Product Owner Forums to continuously improve processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource and Payroll systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and a thorough understanding of compliance and legislation in these domains.
- Leadership Capability, builds collective sense of direction fostering a collaborative culture inspiring delivery of high-quality standards of work
- Exceptional communication capability, develops concepts logically and concisely, promoting trust & commitment through consistent open communication
- Commercial acumen, sets goals & plans for areas of responsibility aligned with strategic direction
- Previous experience with TechnologyOne products is highly regarded
