This will be achieved by partnering and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure sustainable solutions are delivered for innovative staff and patient facing digital products built on industry leading technologies and platforms.
The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Product Ownerto join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Provide authoritative and timely advice to the Product Portfolio Manager, executive and senior management, technical specialists and other stakeholders
- Engage and collaborate with the Digital Experience team and other stakeholders in the delivery of product initiatives that cross multiple squads, teams and/or other business units
- Provide well engineered solutions with minimal technical direction and supervision, using effective project and resource management
- Share product knowledge expertise, provide peer mentoring and lead team members in the cross functional squad on assignments
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
- While not mandatory, working in a digital environment or products is desirable
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be highly regarded
- Experience leading and managing a digital product team would be advantageous
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary
- Temporary full time (up to 12 months, with possibility of extension)
- Base salary ranging from $132 072 - $141 738 per annum
