We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Product Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to new and existing customers for our Realworks product, an online forms platform designed to streamline business processes for Qld Real Estate Agents.
About the role:

- Operating out of our head office based in Cannon Hill, you would be responsible for responding to all queries related to Realworks and RealworksHR, including providing training and technical support and assisting with the day to day operations of the product
- To support the smooth operations of the business, you also assist in data management and outbound call initiatives
Your day may include:
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries efficiently via phone and support tickets
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide product training, escalating to the platform provider's support team when necessary
- Coordinate with the development team to address issues and customer feedback
- Handle day-to-day administration tasks for Realworks, such as managing customer records in REIQ database(s)
- Manage new subscriptions, free trials, cancellations/credits, and assist with payment processing
- Complete credit account applications and conduct testing for future upgrades
- Support marketing efforts and provide after-sales assistance for Realworks, including participating in information seminars and corporate functions
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Realworks and RealworksHR
- Keep company records up-to-date in iMIS (CRM)
Our ideal new addition will have:
- Customer Service Experience
- Demonstrated ability to understand and identify customer needs and communicate accordingly
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite of products and CRM systems
- Highly developed communication skills
- Experience in real estate industry would be highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
