- This role is Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight.
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts ranging from 7am to 9:30pm. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
- You are required to have evening availability on Mondays and Fridays to be considered for this role.

- If you are successful for this role, you will be required to attend a 2-day Welcome induction.
- Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions.
- Revitalise products for resale by repackaging and offering them as As-Is items.
- Repacking IKEA products back into a saleable condition.
- Assembling our products according to proper building and enclosed instructions to ensure complete functionality.
- Execute the Product Quality and compliance tasks in the store.
- Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that cultivates a strong understanding of Product Recovery, quality and compliance processes.
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment within the IKEA store, always ensuring the well-being of both customers and co-workers.
