- Work collaboratively with Product Owners and squad to prioritise the backlog for Motor Digital customer experiences, consisting of a mix of business priorities, feature enhancements, A/B testing, application health and incident management.

The Product Specialist, Digital Sales Experience, Motor, plays a critical role in delivering 'world leading' digital customer experiences. Working with a dedicated multi discipline delivery team to the role is accountable for identifying customer experience initiatives that deliver to sales and digital adoption targets as well as maintaining the squad vision, defining business requirements, prioritising work, and overseeing delivery aligned to the Motor strategy. The Product Specialist is also accountable for overseeing system maintenance, and performance/effectiveness of business critical digital assets (Digital Sales).
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Identify initiatives and optimise Motor digital sales experience and performance to achieve budget performance targets
- Demonstrate Digital sales thought leadership and be a sort out subject matter expert on digital sales experiences.
- Accountable for ensuring successful delivery and implementation of strategically aligned solutions including analysis, discovery, appropriate acceptance criteria, testing practices (UAT/PVT) and release day activities
- Maximising the value of the work delivered by the squad, ensuring the squad is enabled and empowered to design and deliver effective, high-value Digital customer experiences
- Provide business expertise of the allocated asset -planning initiatives/product/brand area
- Addresses production issues with a sense of urgency around remediation. Ensuring outages or issues are limited in duration, and where necessary IRIIS are resolved efficiently.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in insurance and/or financial services experience
- Minimum 1 year in Motor Insurance (desired)
- Minimum 2 years of delivery experience
- Experience or exposure in Technology assets across Suncorp
- A commitment to improving customer experience and delivering high quality customer solutions within required timeframes.
