The Opportunity:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join a collaborative and dynamic team. This is a 12-month opportunity where you will have the opportunity to add value to our Financial Products Portfolio (Travel, Pet, Life, Car and Home insurances) across ahm.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager – Financial Products, this role will be pivotal in helping to deliver and optimise ‘always on’ digital media acquisition campaigns.
You will work closely with a high performing team of marketing professionals, our digital agency, and other partners to help drive the delivery of key campaign roadmaps across all portfolios.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with a high performing marketing team, and our digital agency partners, to assist in providing key digital media reporting, insights and competitive analysis and help develop new dual brand campaign strategies which meet our brand and sales objectives.
- Leverage a holistic view of media strategy (Paid, Owned & Earned), to assist with steering the digital acquisition campaigns for all Financial Product portfolios
- Contribute to the campaign briefing process to ensure consistency from media to online channel customer experience
- Assist in the development of broader marketing expertise through learning & development plan
- Responsible for assisting with campaign planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting, in collaboration with other ahm squads (Growth and Retention) team to ensure that paid and owned channels are fully integrated
- Help drive performance culture with agencies, partners and other squads to ensure benchmarks are set for all digital media activity
- Assist the Hub with digital media (i.e. agencies, reporting, insights, recommendations, planning, etc.)
About you:
To be successful as the Digital Marketing Specialist – Financial products, you will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. You will have strong communication skills, have an eye for detail and build strong stakeholder relationships.
This role requires an individual who is proactive, not afraid to roll up their sleeves, be collaborative and enjoy working in a team environment.
