About the Role...
Your role as a Human Resources Co-Ordinator will be varied, encompassing a wide range of administrative duties supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager and the Diversity & Inclusion Manager and will include the following responsibilities;
- Providing administrative support to various members of the People & Culture team
- Co-ordinating recruitment activities including setting up roles on their HR system, preparing contracts, co-ordinating employment police checks and reference checks
- Co-ordinating all onboarding of new starters, data entry on the payroll system, and scheduling end of probation meetings
- Meeting new-starters and running weekly HR induction sessions
- Managing the offboarding process including setting up exit interviews, sending out the online departure survey and ensuring departure checklists are completed
- Coordinating administrative elements of the Graduate and Summer Clerk program recruitment & induction activities
- Liaising with Learning & Development on training and induction schedules
- Responding to a variety of inquiries related to P&C from internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor, manage and deliver continual improvement of HR systems, policies and processes
- Ensure all activities undertaken by HR comply with relevant Acts, legal requirements and ethical standards
- Proven experience (envisage at least 2 years) in a HR Assistant/Co-ordinator capacity
- Experience gained within a leading professional services firm
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and a strong client service focus
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- 'Team player' ethos and have a high levels of discretion, integrity and commitment to the company's standards
