Antons Mouldings is situated in Somerton and is one of Australia's largest suppliers to the picture framing industry.
We are looking for a Product Support Assistant who understands the product development and management process, has worked with teams in a fast-paced environment and who will be able to oversee several product and marketing projects at one time.
This role is responsible for the execution of product marketing activities and is perfect for a dynamic and collaborative team player who is passionate about creating demand for products as the Company builds a market-leading and highly engaging omnichannel experience.
Primary responsibilities:
Product Marketing:
- Supporting the Product Marketing Manager with the implementation of go-to-market strategies across the business.
- Follow and maintain good processes for new product launches including, preparing sales materials and presentation kits for market readiness, communicating and managing timelines, and engaging company-wide stakeholders in New Product Development (NPD) planning and schedules.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure effective execution of product strategies.
- Liaise with Sales & Customer service team, to organize product training and provide general product and marketing support.
- Maintain product information for the ERP system and website.
- Assist with the product merchandising and product promotions on eCommerce website.
- Assist with product quality control processes.
E-marketing:
- Writing, designing and editing company announcements, messages or other communication content such as product brochure, electronic direct mails, forms and other materials in a timely manner as needed and in accordance with our style guide.
- Design, edit and execute engaging email marketing campaigns that improve open and click through rates, while ensuring compliance with privacy laws.
Other:
- Provide assistance as required outside of the primary responsibilities outlined above.
Desirable Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year experience working across product, brand, category management or Marketing.
- Ability to work simultaneously with numerous stakeholders by managing conflicting priorities.
- Positive “can do” attitude, demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and sound decision-making skills.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and an excellent team player.
- Good computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Experience with Graphics Design software (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva) - preferred but not mandatory.
