Objective:
Deliver an amazing customer experience by providing a variety of Product Support and guidance to users.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming support requests
- Resolve support requests
- Escalation of complex support requests
- Maintain Customer Service records
- Contribute to Product Support documentation
- Attend internal product showcases to maintain product knowledge
