About the role:

In this role you will provide technical assistance and support to the ongoing operation of the Product Technical & Quality team collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop winning Private Label products.
What's involved:
Support the development and product quality needs so that they conform to market requirements and satisfy customer expectations, functionality and intended use.
Support Product Technical and Quality Specialists in the review of products and associated attributes/claims/features, ensure all Bunnings collateral is accurate and fit for purpose.
Manage and maintain Product Technical files and approval documents through varied internal systems.
Identify and stay informed of product market trends and new customer needs.
Support product investigations to identify root causes and further actions required.
Monitor customer feedback, product quality and compliance indicators and escalate where required.
Who we’re looking for:
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in retail or consumer product manufacturing.
You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work autonomously and within a dynamic and high performing team.
You’ll need:
Demonstrated experience within an assistant / technical role or similar.
Sourcing or Product Development experience preferred.
Proficiency across Microsoft Suite and data analytics capability
Demonstrated understanding of product quality management methodologies specifically related to manufacture/design.
Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal)
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
