We’re making big steps forward in Australia! We have a brand new state-of-the-art factory at Campbellfield, and we’re seeking an experienced Production Operator.
The role
We’re looking for passionate Production Operators who are prepared to learn how to make the world’s finest chocolate. You will be working in a hygienic food manufacturing environment operating complex machinery and supported by great leaders team members. We have vacancies on our Day shift operating 7am to 3pm, Afternoon shift operating 3pm to 11pm and Night Shift, operating from 11pm to 7am.
Responsibilities will include:
- Chocolate molding machine operation
- Packing finished product into cartons
- Palletisation of finished cartons and wrapping
- First line quality assurance assessment
- Bringing raw materials to designated machine areas
- Feeding raw materials into machines
- Walkie stacker experience will be encouraged but not mandatory
What we’re looking for
While we’re excited to hear from applicants with Food Technology qualifications and Food Manufacturing experience, what’s even more important is that you can demonstrate a passion for working with us. It is also critical that you are able to follow safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
The role does require heavy lifting and there are times where you’ll be working in a hot environment, but we regularly rotate our team members through these duties to give regular breaks.
