Our Sunshine Print Web Offset site is a state-of-the-art facility specifically designed for printing catalogues for some of Australia's largest retailers. Additionally, many of our clients benefit from our distribution network capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of their catalogues to a targeted audience nationwide.
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Production Services team, with ample opportunities for skill development and growth within a dynamic office environment.
About the Role
Key responsibilities will include:
- Collating job information for the printing process in collaboration with the Production Services team.
- Managing reception queries and directing visitors and couriers.
- Handling telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Arranging courier pickups, printing consignment notes, and labelling shipments.
- Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Managing office supplies and inventory levels.
- Performing general filing and other office duties as required.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Experience in an Administration or Customer Service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
