Qualifications & experience
- Bachelors Degree in Chemistry /Materials Sciences/Coatings Technology.
- Experience in a Coatings or Colorant manufacturing company.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Product Development in laboratory from lab scale to managing production on shop floor.
- Ensure all work is carried out in safe and efficient manner to agreed SOP to meet Operational Plans and Targets.
- Maintain a high level of skill and competencies relevant to your job role with focus on Operations Quality and Compliance as per the site QMS.
- Transfer Validated results into the reporting system and accurate and timely completion of tasks in line with ISO9001.
- Perform other duties around the site as required. Troubleshoot equipment and systems to solve potential problems before they occur.
- Good grasp of computers/technology with strong numerical and Literacy skills.
