Reporting into the Assistant Manager of Production, your hands-on leadership skills will not only steer our team toward success but also uphold a commitment to food safety, hygiene, and secure work practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily task allocations for production staff to achieve KPIs and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Monitor employee compliance and performance, ensuring streamlined work processes.
- Supervise operations, promoting productivity, and facilitating appropriate breaks for employees.
- Monitor communication channels (Email & Teams) to promptly address or escalate inquiries.
- Conduct regular QA checks on final products, labels, and packed orders.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and cleaning of equipment and machinery.
- Foster business standards, employee wellbeing, and a positive culture within the Production department.
The recruitment process also includes a Pre-Employment Medical (PEM). This role is labor-intensive, requiring you to be on your feet for most of the day and lift/move heavy items (5 - 20kg).
