The Town has a dynamic future and we are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and experienced Sports and Programs Duty Supervisors for a casual recruitment pool.
Your new role
Our Sports and Programs Duty Supervisors are responsible for the smooth operation of team Sports and facility bookings at the Town’s Leisure Centre, and for maintaining a safe environment for all participants. They operate in an unbiased and neutral manner, and promote the Centre’s programs and values to the community.
This role requires work outside regular business hours (between 5.30am - 11pm) on a rotating roster dependent on demand. This role requires you to act as the building warden and duty manager.
What you’ll need to succeed
- excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- must be able to work efficiently and unsupervised
- be able to exercise sound judgment under pressure and work well in a team environment
- current National Police Clearance
- current senior first aid certificate
The benefits of working for us
$34.71 per hour (including 25% casual loading), plus superannuation
