Responsibilities Include:

• Train, develop and mentor staff on correct running of production machines on allocated lines
• Ability to proficiently and efficiently run all machines on allocated lines and operating as necessary
• Communicate to your team daily production demands and efficiencies obtained
• Production reporting at end of shift
• Supervise staff to ensure maximum productivity levels are achieved
• Notify shift manager of breakdowns outside their scope
• Identify and problem solve breakdowns
• Relieve staff for authorised breaks
• Participate in setting the standards GMP ensuring the plant is tidy and clean including monitoring sanitation / CIP activities and micro tests
• Adherence to hazard analysis & critical control points (HACCP) standards
• Adhere to WH&S Policy and programs to ensure personal safety and the safety of others in the workplace
• To be available for rotating shift work including weekends

The successful applicant will possess the following skills:

• Goal orientated with strong people skills
• Hands on essential
• Beverage background essential
• Have the ability to co-ordinate production activities efficiently and effectively
• Possess strong planning and analytical skills
• Be a strong team player with good communication skills
• Have knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety
• Excellent time management skills.

The successful applicant will have 2 + years of supervisory experience in the Beverage industry
