A well known shopfitting manufacturer is looking for a Production Manager to oversee production at their purpose built manufacturing facility.

Our client is one of Melbourne’s top performing joinery / shopfitting manufacturers. The business has been in operation for 30 years, and have an incredible pipeline of work with repeat clients, They are currently looking for an experienced Production Manager for their facility in the Northern Suburbs.
About the role:
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the
manufacturing and production processes. This role involves managing the
Production Office Team, scheduling, ensuring quality standards and
meeting project deadlines.
About you:
To be considered for the role, you’ll ideally have the following:
- Education in a relevant field (e.g., Manufacturing, Industrial
Engineering) or equivalent work experience. - Experience in a production management or supervisory role, ideally
within the shopfitting or cabinet making industries. - Strong understanding of joinery fabrication processes, materials, and
techniques. - Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple
projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of OH&S regulations within a manufacturing
environment.
