Role Overview: Picture this: You, leading a team of plant-loving wizards, cultivating and propagating an incredible array of plants while pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the world of horticulture. As the Nursery Manager, you’ll be at the helm of the operation, charting a course for growth and applying innovation, maximising productivity.

- Keep things running smoothly, from pest control to inventory management, all while wearing your green cape of awesomeness.
