Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Product Manager & Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who seamlessly integrates product management with high-level Technical Support to drive product excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Product Management: Lead market analysis, manage product lifecycles, and develop pricing strategies to ensure competitive edge and market relevance.
- Advanced Technical Support: Deliver expert troubleshooting and support, manage complex customer inquiries, and enhance our technical documentation and training processes.
- Collaborative Influence: Work closely with engineering, design teams, and external partners to translate customer insights into significant product enhancements.
- Educational Leadership: Develop and conduct training sessions that empower customers and internal teams with the knowledge to effectively use and troubleshoot our products.
What You Will Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Sciences, or related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in a role that combines Technical Support with product management, preferably in safety equipment industries.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in delivering technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems, technical documentation, and training development.
