As part of this innovative and progressive phase in our growth we are in search of a strategic, creative and member-centric leader to manage our scheme from the journey-mapping of members through to the market trends, regulatory compliance and product growth across the building and construction industry.
This newly created Product Manager role oversees the strategic direction and end-to-end product lifecycle for the Construction Industry Long Service Leave scheme product.
Key Responsibilities:
Engineer the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives, driven by market demands.
Work cross-functionally to deliver timely product outcomes within budget.
Apply continuous improvement across product design and the member product experience via research, testing and feedback.
Stay ahead of market trends and utilise customer insights to enhance and devise new product developments.
Manage end-to-end journey mapping for member experience and service design.
Skills Required:
Proven track record in strategically focused leadership roles.
Demonstrated success across development, execution and delivery of digital products and services.
Cross-functional success across engineering, design and marketing elements in a project.
Ability to demonstrate commercial acumen applied to a product environment
Analytical mindset with strategic vision to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Market-driven, trend spotter able to offer stand-out examples of successful product implementations from concept to delivery.
Demonstrated success in a member-centric landscape
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Bachelor degree in business, computer science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Design thinking accreditation preferrable
- Project management certification or equivalent ideal
