Production Operator

Synaco has partnered with a building and landscape supplies company that has been servicing both trade and home DIY customers for 40 years. Their store is currently seeking a friendly, motivated individual to join our team.

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Operator to join their friendly team in Taren Point!

Duties:

• Actively organizing and managing day-to-day production
• Ensuring the efficient and continuous operation of the assigned machinery
• Using a forklift in the bagging area (for moving pallets and products)
• General maintenance and cleaning of machinery and the bagging area
• Adherence to all safety requirements and site procedures

Ideal Candidate:

• MUST have a forklift license and experience
• Proficiency in multitasking and prioritization
• Physical stamina and capability for manual labour and repetitive tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making abilities

About the job:

• $35 per hour on offer plus penalty rates
• Working in a pristine location in Taren Point
• Morning shift
• Ongoing Monday – Friday role with potential to secure a permanent position.
