AddressOur client, a prominent FMCG company with factories based in the northern suburbs of Adelaide, is seeking their next Production Supervisor.
The role is a full-time/permanent position with the client direct; you will have the choice of either Afternoon or Night Shift.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the production area runs efficiently and effectively.
This includes ensuring proper resources, labour, equipment and materials are sufficient for the daily operations.

To be successful in this role you must –
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in a production environment
- Experience working with multiple facets of production
- Have a current 1st Aid Certificate
Duties/responsibilities –
- Supervise and liaise with key stakeholders
- Oversee staff
- Allocate tasks and provide training where necessary
- Update/write work instructions
- Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
- Undertake reporting for management
- QC/QA responsibilities
- Ensuring correct raw materials are on hand/ labour is sufficient and equipment is working
- Keep areas clean
