The core of this role is to support on-site employees with disabilities in a production environment.
Our clients' foundation operates over 30 commercial operations across the Eastern seaboard covering a range of products mix including packaging, document destruction, recycling, and manufacturing to commercial customers.
Balancing a person-centred approach that involves empathy & patience along with meeting commercial outcomes of the business, you will be supervising and motivating employees and assisting them to mee their individual capabilities, in alignment with their NDIS plans.
Hours Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm
You will ideally have
- A background in manufacturing/production or retail environment
- Experience supervising a small team
- Physically fit due to the demands of the role
- Moderate computer and MS office skills
- Knowledge of disability services or experience with people with disabilities
- Strong communication skills to ensure information is accurately communicated to the team
Hold current: Working with children's check, Police Check and NDIS worker screening clearance
